Politeness Police
R is very good about saying please and thank you when asking for and receiving food at mealtimes. J and I are also pretty good about it, too. Lately, however, R has taken immense pleasure in reminding us to "SAY THANK YOU, mommy!" or "SAY THANK YOU, daddy!" if we should happen to forget. She then proceeds to go around the table and insist that everyone at the table say thank you or please to someone or other.
